Vibros is a marketplace platform connecting clients with independent spiritual advisors. Services offered — including tarot readings, astrology, mediumship, energy readings, and related modalities — are for personal growth, entertainment, and spiritual exploration only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, legal counsel, or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services (911) immediately.
Sessions are billed per minute and run only as long as the funds you pre-authorize cover. Time is metered and rounded to the nearest minute: once you pass the halfway point of a minute it counts as the next full minute, and below the halfway point it does not. When your funded minutes are reached, the session is automatically terminated regardless of where the conversation stands. There is no grace period.
To continue a session, you may request an extension through the platform. Extensions are billed at the advisor's current per-minute rate and are subject to advisor availability and acceptance.
Sessions are on demand and billed per minute. There is no scheduled start time and nothing to cancel in advance. When you connect, your card is pre-authorized for the minutes you choose to fund (see Section 7), and you are charged only for the minutes actually used — any unused portion of the hold is released automatically.
If you repeatedly start and abandon sessions in a way that disrupts advisors or the platform, Vibros may suspend your account and IP address at its sole discretion.
Because clients are purchasing an advisor's time and interpretive work, sessions are considered rendered once they begin. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the following terms:
How refunds are processed: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days for Stripe, our payment processor, to complete. Stripe's payment processing fee (approximately 3% of the original payment) is non-refundable; any refund covers the remainder of the payment, less that processing fee.
Clients who submit two or more refund requests within any 12-month period will have their account suspended. Vibros reserves the right to suspend any account engaging in refund abuse at its sole discretion.
Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute — rather than contacting Vibros support — will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account and IP address with no appeal. Vibros reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback fees and associated costs. Please contact support first if you have a billing concern.

All prices are in USD and processed securely through Stripe. By starting a session, you authorize Vibros to charge the per-minute session fee to your payment method.
Reading credit and saved cards: You may load reading credit onto your account in advance; it is applied to your sessions automatically, works with every advisor, and never expires. You may also save a card on file (stored securely by Stripe) to load credit, connect, and add time without re-entering it. If you choose to add time mid-session, it is funded from your reading credit first and then from your saved card, so your reading can continue without interruption.
How pre-authorization works (per-minute sessions): When you start a per-minute session, Stripe places a temporary hold on your card for the maximum amount you chose to spend. This is not a charge — it simply sets those funds aside so the session can run. When the session ends, you are charged only for the minutes you actually used, and the unused portion of the hold is released automatically.
You do not need to do anything to get the unused amount back. A released hold usually disappears from your bank statement and returns to your available balance within 5–7 business days. The exact timing is determined by your bank, not by Vibros — some banks release it sooner, some take the full window.
Advisors are independent contractors, not Vibros employees. Vibros does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any session. If an advisor fails to appear, you are entitled to a full refund — contact support within 48 hours of the session.
Vibros's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Vibros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Vibros is not available to residents of Pennsylvania or New York. By creating an account or using this platform, you represent that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, either of those states. If we determine that you are accessing the platform from a restricted state, your access will be terminated and your account may be closed. This restriction is subject to change as regulations evolve.
Reviews are posted publicly on advisor profiles. Foul language, slurs, threats, or reviews intended to maliciously and falsely harm an advisor's reputation are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in permanent IP-level access restriction without refund.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes not resolved through support are subject to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Vibros, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
