1. Nature of Services

Vibros is a marketplace platform connecting clients with independent spiritual advisors. Services offered — including tarot readings, astrology, mediumship, energy readings, and related modalities — are for personal growth, entertainment, and spiritual exploration only. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical advice, legal counsel, or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

2. Session Time Limits and Extensions

All sessions — whether pre-scheduled (flat-rate) or instant (per-minute) — are hard-capped at the purchased duration. A 30-minute session ends at 30 minutes; a 60-minute session ends at 60 minutes. Sessions are automatically terminated at the scheduled end time regardless of where the conversation stands. There is no grace period. All time is metered.

To continue a session, you may request an extension through the platform. Extensions are billed at the advisor's current per-minute rate and are subject to advisor availability and acceptance.

3. No-Show Policy (Clients)

If you book a session and do not appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, the session is a no-show. The full session payment is forfeited and will not be refunded. Forfeited funds become platform credit at our discretion.

Two or more no-shows within any 90-day period will result in permanent ban of your account and IP address, with no appeal.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case at Vibros's sole discretion. If approved, the maximum refund is 50% of the session fee. Refunds are not available for completed sessions, no-shows, or sessions where the advisor fulfilled their time. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the session. Decisions are final.

Clients who request refunds repeatedly may have their account and IP address permanently banned at Vibros's discretion.

5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute — rather than contacting Vibros support — will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account and IP address with no appeal. Vibros reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback fees and associated costs. Please contact support first if you have a billing concern.

6. Account and IP Banning

The following result in immediate permanent ban with no appeal:

  • Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute
  • Two or more no-shows within a 90-day period
  • Repeated or abusive refund requests
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behavior toward advisors or staff
  • Attempting to circumvent platform policies or payment systems

Vibros reserves the right to ban any account or IP address at its sole discretion.

7. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in USD and processed securely through Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorize Vibros to charge the full session fee to your payment method.

8. Advisor Independence

Advisors are independent contractors, not Vibros employees. Vibros does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any session. If an advisor fails to appear, you are entitled to a full refund — contact support within 24 hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vibros's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Vibros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes not resolved through support are subject to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
