Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
1. Our Commitment
Vibros, operated by 12th House Consulting, LLC, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards so that the people who use our platform can do so with confidence — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.
2. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Vibros is partially conformantwith WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve and maintain full Level AA conformance across the platform.
3. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, Vibros takes the following measures:
- Semantic HTML and landmark structure so screen readers can navigate pages logically.
- Text alternatives (alt text and accessible labels) for meaningful images, icons, and controls.
- Keyboard operability — interactive elements are reachable and usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- Color and contrast chosen to meet minimum contrast ratios for text and essential interface elements.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear, descriptive error messages.
- Tooltips and accessible names on icon-only buttons so their purpose is clear.
- Responsive layouts that reflow and remain usable when zoomed or viewed on small screens.
- Accessibility considered as part of our ongoing design and development process.
4. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of Vibros relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some limitations may remain. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed here.
- Advisor-submitted content: Profiles, photos, and reviews are created by independent advisors and clients. We provide accessible templates, but user-submitted text and images may not always include complete alternative descriptions.
- Third-party services: Some features rely on third-party providers (for example, payment processing and live audio sessions). Their accessibility is governed by those providers, though we choose partners with accessibility in mind.
- Live audio sessions: Sessions are conducted by audio and live chat. Chat provides a text-based alternative to audio for clients who prefer or require it.
6. Feedback & Reporting a Barrier
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Vibros. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need any part of the platform provided in a different accessible format, please let us know:
- Through our Contact page
We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. Please describe the problem, the page or feature involved, and the browser or assistive technology you were using so we can reproduce and address it.
7. Assessment & Compliance Approach
Vibros assesses the accessibility of the platform through ongoing internal review against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. This statement reflects our commitment under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related standards to make our services usable by people with disabilities. As the platform evolves, we will continue to test, remediate, and update this statement.
This statement was created in June 2026 and will be reviewed and updated as the platform changes.
