How a hold works

When you connect, your card is pre-authorized for the amount you chose to spend.

A hold sets those funds aside — it is not a charge
At the end you're charged only for the minutes used
The unused portion of the hold is released automatically

How does pricing work?

Sessions are live and billed by the minute at each advisor's own rate, which you'll see on their profile. You decide how much to spend before you connect, and you're only charged for the minutes you actually use.

How is my time counted?

You're billed by the minute, and we round to the nearest one. If you've passed the halfway mark of a minute it counts as the next minute; if you haven't, it doesn't. Simple and fair — you only pay for the time you actually spend together.

How does reading credit work?

Reading credit is money you load onto your account ahead of time. It's applied to your sessions automatically, it works with every advisor on the platform, and it never expires. You're always in the driver's seat — choose to spend your credit first, and add more whenever you like.

Do I have to enter my card every time?

Once you save a card, it's on file for next time — load credit, connect, and add time without re-typing anything. You can manage your cards anytime from your billing page.

What is included in post-session follow-up?

After every session your advisor sends personalized journaling prompts, grounding exercises, relevant wellness resources, and a personal note — tailored to what you covered.

Can I switch advisors?

Yes, anytime. Any reading credit on your account carries across all advisors on the platform.

Is this the same as therapy?

No — and that's intentional. This is spiritual guidance and intuitive insight for the questions that go beyond what conventional advice can reach. We exist in a different lane entirely.
