How does pricing work?
Sessions are live and billed by the minute at each advisor's own rate, which you'll see on their profile. You decide how much to spend before you connect, and you're only charged for the minutes you actually use.
How does a hold work?
When you connect, your card is pre-authorized for the amount you chose to spend. A hold sets those funds aside, it is not a charge. At the end you are charged only for the minutes used, and the unused portion is released automatically.
How does reading credit work?
Reading credit is money you load onto your account ahead of time. It's applied automatically, works with every advisor, and never expires. Spend your credit first, and add more whenever you like.
Do I have to enter my card every time?
Once you save a card, it's on file for next time. Load credit, connect, and add time without re-typing anything. Manage your cards anytime from your billing page.
Can I switch advisors?
Yes, anytime. Any reading credit on your account carries across all advisors on the platform.
Is this the same as therapy?
No, and that's intentional. This is spiritual guidance and intuitive insight for the questions that go beyond what conventional advice can reach.
