Vibros operates on a revenue-share model. You keep at least 60% of every session you complete, minus the card processing fee on card-paid sessions (sessions paid from client credit have no processing fee). Your share rises with client loyalty: 70% on your 5th session with a client, and 80% from your 10th onward. The platform retains the rest (40%, reducing to 30% then 20%) to cover platform infrastructure, marketing, and client acquisition.
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect directly to your connected bank account. You set up your Stripe payout account during onboarding. Funds are typically available within 2–7 business days after a session is completed, depending on your bank.
How time is counted: Sessions bill by the minute, rounded to the nearest minute. Once a client passes the halfway point of a minute it counts as the next full minute, and below it does not. You are paid on the same minutes the client is billed for, so the math is transparent on both sides.
You will receive a summary of all earnings in your advisor dashboard, including gross session amounts, platform fees, and net payouts.
Vibros offers clients a loyalty rewards program. When clients accumulate enough points, they can redeem them for free session minutes.
Example: A client has $5 in loyalty credit and books a 30-minute session at your rate of $3.00/min. The client pays $85 (not $90); you receive:
This policy is guaranteed in your Advisor Agreement and will not change without 30 days written notice.
Vibros supports three session formats:
You choose which session types you offer from your dashboard. You are never required to accept a format you are not comfortable with.
Sessions should begin within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. If a client does not appear within 10 minutes, you may end the session and it will be marked as a no-show. No-show sessions are still paid at your full rate for the booked duration.
Clients can find you through the advisor directory, but many arrive through our matching tool at /match. It asks two questions: what are you feeling right now? (heartbroken, anxious, lost, stuck, grieving, and so on) and what are you looking for? (comfort, clarity, honesty, to talk something out). Their answers are matched against your specializations, and the advisors who fit best are shown first.
Two things follow from this. First, keep your specializations accurate. They are not profile decoration; they decide which seekers get matched to you. Second, when a matched client connects, your session screen shows a note like “They told us they're feeling heartbroken and looking for closure.” Use it. Meeting a client where they are in the first minute is the single biggest driver of rebooking.
You are an independent contractor. You set your own hours. There is no minimum number of sessions required per week or month.
You manage your availability from your advisor dashboard. Flip the Go Live toggle on when you're ready to take live, per-minute sessions. You only appear in search and can be reached while you're live.
If you need to take time off, simply update your availability. We ask for as much advance notice as possible so clients are not left without options, but there is no penalty for unavailability.
Vibros advisors are expected to:
Violations of conduct standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform. We review all conduct reports carefully and will always give advisors a chance to respond before any action is taken.
If a client expresses thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or harm to others during a session, you are required to:
You will be paid in full for any session ended due to a crisis situation. Filing a crisis report is never penalized. It is required and protected.
You are an independent contractor, not a Vibros employee. Vibros does not withhold taxes from your earnings. You are responsible for your own federal and state tax obligations.
If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year on the Vibros platform, you will receive a 1099-NEC form by January 31 of the following year. This form is used to report your income to the IRS.
We recommend setting aside 25–30% of your earnings for taxes and paying quarterly estimated taxes. A tax professional can help you determine what applies to your situation.
Your W-9 information, collected during onboarding, is used solely for IRS 1099-NEC reporting and is stored securely. Your full TIN is never stored, only the last four digits.
The Top Advisor designation is Vibros's way of recognizing advisors who consistently deliver exceptional sessions, maintain strong client relationships, and represent the best of what this platform is here to do.
How advisors are selected: Top Advisor status is awarded by the Vibros team based on a combination of performance signals, including session volume, client return rate, average rating, review quality, and time online. It is not purchased and cannot be applied for. If you are performing consistently at a high level, you will be considered automatically.
Fairness and rotation: We are committed to fair exposure for all Top Advisors. Homepage features and Question Coaching tool placements rotate through all active Top Advisors on an equal basis. No single advisor dominates the feature slot. The rotation is time-based and deterministic, meaning every Top Advisor gets equal visibility over time.
Status changes: Top Advisor status is reviewed periodically. If performance declines significantly, status may be updated. You will always be notified if your status changes.
Have a question or issue? Reach us at advisors@getvibros.com. We aim to respond to all advisor inquiries within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
For urgent issues during an active session (technical problems, safety concerns), use the crisis report button in your session dashboard. It alerts our team immediately.
